For pure “never want to leave” energy, we will use props to make all the difference — bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, soft lighting, and long holds completely transforming these beautiful Hatha yoga poses.

I enjoyed a really lovely yoga session with Wendy this morning. Everything felt just right; from the subtle background chimes, the scent emanating from the diffuser, the view and not to mention the Hatha moves. I walked away feeling lighter, leaner and calmer.
